Is there a use for the Gynecology expansion in a hospital?

Because some parts of the game have been copied over from German game which used that expansion for calls such as child birth etc.

Now you need it because we have got a new mission called - child birth. So everyone included me that haven´t bought that expansion to the hospital have to do so pretty quick. haha

But I have a question to the dev team/admins, I tought it would require 1 amb, 1 police and maybe 1 fire/rescue truck, but have 10 units of different kinds, isn´t that a bit overkill for a child birth mission?

The only requirement for the Child Birth mission is 1 ambulance. That screenshot is taken with the game using an unsupported browser extension, I'm guessing the fault lies there.

Yea I guess LSSM hasn't been updated yet.

waste of an expansion and money... i didnt buy that expansion and i still got a child birth call.

i think when u send a patient to a hosital with the expansian it needs, you make a couple extra hundred bucks from patient transport.

I don´t mean that anyone is "forced" to by different kind of hospitals expansions but it will facilitate your medical calls a lot. I have bought the Gynecology expansion and I don´t mind that it cost 70k and I just get a few extra money for it. I think a big hospital in a major city should have all expansions sooner or later anyway.

And I apologize if I said something inappropriate or offended anyone, because it was never my thought or meaning.
