units wont show up its arrival in the missions but the units are not there this is highly annoying can someone please look into this

is the servers still playing up, as ive had a few low unit missons time out.
i had a high rise at 14 units time out yet a office fire at 24 units didnt.

Any current known issues? Appears the game has froze up, Windows 10 running in Chrome. As you can see from the attached screenshot everything required is on scene but nothing is happening
