I have a fantastic idea since this is a remote but real possibility perhaps passenger train derailment should be a mission a resource intense mission requiring a k-9 unit to search for survivors and you would need many or few ambulances depending on how bad it is patient transport chance should be 100% and trauma ward would be needed due to say broken necks or concussions there should even be people who should be taken prisoner due to the fact that sometimes terrorism is a factor

I like were this is going. I no we have the freight train derailment. Maybe have it aswell were we have say 50 paitents rather say 15 like in the large aircraft crash.
