UK Building Icon Graphics

Hey Lads, Just wondering can someone work their Magic and stick this in the Police Station Template for me as I've not a clue how to do it.

Sorry to waste your time but I cannot get my head around making the graphics myself. Can anyone make a building icon for the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire & Cambridgeshire Joint operations unit (it covers rpu, aru and DSU). They have 2 main patches which I will attach.
