How do I do custom Building graphics?
Generally, either Microsoft Paint or GIMP 3.0 are the best for creating small graphics. I would download one of those programs, right click on an existing building graphic and save it to your device, then open it in the program. Then, colour over the middle where the crest is, making the icon box look empty. Find the new crest or logo you want to put in the box, save it and open it in the program. Scale it down so that it fits within the box, and then copy and paste it into the box. Save that, and you have a custom graphic. It might look weird the first few times you do it. Experiment with different settings in the programme and/or follow online tutorials for how to use more complicated features.
