I've had this issue a few times now where I'll have a vehicle responding to something only to have it arrive with no one on board. Does anyone else have this issue or know what may be causing it?

I have with ambulances, it shows green but says it needs an ambulance
Since most of my stations at Portugal are EMS it's normal that at NY I wouldn't see it because I always send 2 engines even for single engine calls
With the EMS it's really boring because I have to cancel that ambulance and send another one -

I remember something like happening that back in late 2017. It was supposedly fixed. I don't believe it's something on your end.
