What are the actual differences between Missionchief and it's counterpart versions? And are they worth playing?

Special the AirportFirebrigade-Different and more Police Units + 2different SWAT > MEK and SEK with different missions
-3 different EMS Cars (ALS with Doctor/BLS and MC), HEMS generall with Doctor
-Waterrescue FireDep, Waterrescue EMS, Waterrescue Technical Units but no Large Fireboats or large Rescueboats like here
-Special Technic Units, u don´t have in the States like THW - with Bulldozer ...
Now today we have 368 different Missions with all Forces
And it will be very difficult to play this Game if u don´t speak the Language

The german version has a lot more units than the US version
In my case I know a little bit of german, not enough to play the game like I play in the US version but I've heard you can use Google Chrome automatic translation and custom mission graphic packs to avoid the issue of not speaking german in case you are interested

i play the german version and we have an alliance that is primally english speaking and i do use google translator as well if any one that would like to play the german version and speak english send me a pm and i tell you the alliance to join
