Both 1 of a Large Rescue and Fire Boat required (potentially more Fire boats), Ambos and maybe a swift water rescue boat, MCV, 2 batallion Chiefs, 5 Fire Trucks, 2 Heavy Rescue, 2 Mobile Air, 1 Water Tanker, 1 HAZMAT.
Up to 20 casualties, 30% chance of transport, general surgery.
