A random idea I just had whilst looking at fallen tree on road is a call related to an Oil Spill it can be extended to either a Car accident or Unknown Substance in which a HazMat unit would be needed, But it would require One Type 1 or/and a Utility Vehicle for the Oil and a Hazmat Mobile command and a Battalion added onto that for a Unknown one

We already have the "Oil Spill on Road" aka "Gas Leak", I think it upgrades to the Unknown Tanker Spill (if you are lucky or road accident if you aren't). But I like the idea of the Unknown Substance

It's the american definition, 'gas' is petrol. Unlikely to get a petrol leak in a house.

I understand. I thought it was a Gas Leak as something that would be in the air, but then I realised it was an Oil Leak because a Gas Leak wouldn't expand into a Road Accident (well....not common atleast)
