Recently I have started to Play Mission Chief Because I have not been on the Site in a while. I have noticed that my K9 Units are Responding as Patrol Units, Why Is this?
K9 Unit Responding As Patrol Unit.

We made them able to patrol to reflect real-life operations.

I suspect he's asking why they haven't counted as a patrol car for this particular mission, which may be a bug although it's extremely difficult to say with the information provided.

Hi, What I’m trying to say is it a Bug? Because My K9 Units are Responding as Patrol Units. As well as K9 Units. Hopefully I have broken that down so it’s slightly easy. Example: 7 Patrol Cars Required. K9 Randomly Responds as a Patrol Car.
-
That is intentional. irl k9s function as patrols that just happen to have a dog.

I’m not talking about “Patrol Routes” I’m talking about if I Had a mission like a Shooting a K9 would just randomly Turn up.

Oh dear, I tried understanding, but failed the first time, I think I get you now however, the change to K-9 Units happened a while back, they do now count as patrol cars for calls, so can deal with any small calls on their own, but cannot transport any prisoners. They will turn up if you use the ARR as they count as patrol cars.

Thanks! Clearly my interpretation wasn’t clear enough... must be too tired!
