New EMS Rescues

In New South Wales Australia the NSW Ambulance had a full rescue capability for years. It was downgraded a bit but they still have Special Operations and Special Casualty Access Teams who do extrication, plus rope, water, etc. SCAT also provide the paramedics to the rescue helicopters.

It is purely player preference for that reason, the added rescue capability for the ambulance station is one option that can be selected.

It would maybe be a good idea to get cranes as some Departments in America use them mostly for USAR and it could be used in some of the missions already in the game like building collapse or other missions alike

While I do see the use, the specific unit can be replicated with a heavy rescue vehicle and a crane label or graphic. The problem with a specific unit is it would have to become a requirement for some missions which wouldn't sit well with people trying to replicate agencies that do not operate these bits of kit.

With the rescue side being simple, it allows some to stick to simple rescue unit while others can label their vehicles apart to give that diversity of resources that they may have. It may seem silly, but the simpler the vehicles, the easier it is for everyone to replicate their setups.

I brought this up about a week ago and was told the same thing. None of my setups have them but for fantasy rp purposes I thought about it.
