That is correct. This is like a EMS squad or a heavy rescue run by EMS

Ok, patients are treated up to 90%, no transport. I understand that.But what does it have to do with heavy rescue?
I wanted to use it like a heavy rescue vehicle, but that's not possible.
If i have a mission which needs a HRV, it´s drives to the scene, says hello and goes back to base.
But alarmed with ARR, the ARR send it like a real HRV.What else can this Vehicule?
Or is this the same like a fly Car, nothing else?

ALS ability has been added so it will treat a patient up to 90%, and potentially discharge on scene.
Heavy rescue ability is added, this represents some EMS agencies running vehicles like these which have an added rescue capability.
That's the summary of this unit. Unsure as to how one is confused, as you've basically stated everything it does.
