I have noticed that my patient transports are only going to one hospital, which is very far out of the way, I have about 9 hospitals in the area. Is this designed to transport to only your own hospitals. If so this should be changed to all hospitals in the area.

You'll be able to find all open alliance facilities under the relevant tab, it's only one extra click...

Though if your alliance hasn't opened their hospitals to others, then you only have your hospital.

I have all 3 alliance hospitals in my area. None of my Urgent Care Centers allow for transport to them for the patient transfer mission. There seems to be a bug with this if it is supposed to be allowing transport and treatment at an alliance hospital as well. If not it definitely needs to allow transport and transfer from urgent care centers to alliance hospitals.
