New Units for Police.

I have come up with the following ideas for Police Units.

I believe we should have
1. Police Horse. (Requires Special Training )
2. Officer on Foot. ( No Training )
3. Officer on Bicycle. ( Requires Special Training )
4. Community Relations Officer ( Requires Special Training, Foot Officer or Regular Officer that defuses public situations more quickly, i.e. Noise Complaint )

5. Drug Intoxication Specialist ( Regular Officer w/ Special Training, would resolve Intoxication Calls faster. )

I do like the sound of horse and foot patrols, but not the others. Instead of them being used in patrol, they could be used for events.

What I think most people will say, is just change the skins of the vehicles to horse and people.

The reason why i'm suggesting Bike, Person, and Horse patrols is because my area has a boardwalk and beach and obviously police wont patrol in a car on the board walk.
