The patient codes are about the condition of the patient rather than the name.
The names in the game have been transferred from the German version. I’ll speak to Seb and see if we can change it to more American sounding names.

Update on this: We will be able to get it changed. I just need to submit the names to Sebastian.

It'll be exciting to finally rescue a David or a Michael, instead of only German tourists!
Not sure how you plan on developing the list of names, but https://www.fakenamegenerator.com/ lets you pick people based on ethnicity and things, so you might be able to generate a bunch of first names pretty quick.
