Help with the graphics

How do i use the animated graphic packs? They're just stuck in a single frame for me

Are you on mobile? If so, animated graphics don't work in the app. I did find out that they do work in a browser though. Go to whatever browser of your choice, then go to MissionChief, login, the see if that works. Hope this helps.

I am on a browser and it's still a static frame, not an animation.

It's work on Chrome /Firefox. In other you have to add APNG plugin

Additionally, if you're using Mapkit, instead of openstreetmaps, it won't work!
