Don't know if this was suggested or out of question now with the EMS supervisor but what about having fire trucks respond to medical calls and start treatment until an ambulance gets their as people probably have a fire truck closer to the medical call then an ambulance and the crew on the fire truck would have to be trained so add a training class for BLS
