Hey guys! I am looking to get information on what the Education Admins roles are as well as the Finance Admins. I want to learn more about what they entail when setting those positions to members in my alliance. Can anyone give me more information on those? Thanks!

The Education Admin allows the player to start classes in academies that are owned by the alliance. The Finance Admin allows the player to build alliance buildings and set discount rates for donating to the alliance. There may be more, but those are the main ones.

Copy, and what does the Discount rates do for members who contribute to the alliance?

discount applies on members using alliance facilities eg using a hospital they get a % knocked off the price. Say a course cost 100 credits but the member has a 5% discount applied they get the course cheaper then someone who has a 1% discount.
