APNG going off the road

Hi i am into creating vehicle graphics pack.

I have one PNG for without emergency lights and an APNG for with emergency lights.
i see my icons are moving off the roads Like the vehicle is moving on the buildings beside the road.
Help me, How to make it accurate?
