Something that irritates me a little is that only engines can tend to patients, and that doesn't make any sense; rescues usually have ALS bags, as do trucks and generally quints and other rigs. So why do none of them do anything when it comes to treating patients?
That should be overhauled.

That should be overhauled.
Just a thought.All Fire units provide BLS treatment. The EMS Rescue is currently the only Fire/Rescue Apparatus that provides ALS treatment. However, An idea we have to implement at a later date is to have an EMS course for all Fire units to provide ALS services before an Ambulance can arrive to transport the patient.
