I'd like to see a few updates to the aircraft and their purpose/missions.
Unable to purchase FBI Bomb Technician Unit at Police Station after purchasing FBI Extension and training 2 bomb technicians and transferring2 others from an FBI station. I am, however, able to purchase FBI drones and FBI investigation wagons.

you have to have the "bomb squad" extension as well
i got a few that need addressing.
1. assigning personnel to vehicles doesnt show up so i ned to search who i got in vehicles to complete missions
2. i had a partial building collapse sent 10 USAR/10 Tech Rescue and still showed i needed 8 more USAR and 3 more Tech rescue when i sent plenty the first time.
3. need to fix some of the missions. ambo accident should be a firefighting mission, arborist accident should be a firefighting mission and i cant remember the 2 or 3 others that need mission changes.
4. Clinics have general internal only need to add extensions for gynecology, urology, cadiology, general surgeon, and neurology to them as many primary care places do alot of that in-house especially 24 hour clinics
5. Vehicle load limit is still messed up hasnt been fixed in years.
These are just a few i have noticed playing the game for a few years but thats just my issues with it
i really dont have a complaint persay but i do have a huge question about missions. so i went through the missions that and the stuff i have. police, fire, rescue, foam, airport, etc etc.. going thru the list seeing alot in green. I know the game is supposed to be random when it comes to missions but how come going thru the list of missions and when i see one i checkmark it on my master list yet so far out of all the missions the game has and what i got i havent seen or had in my queue 83 missions that i should be getting and i have hundreds of POIs but i never seem to get missions to coincide with POIs and i missing something?
Just some thoughts regarding the new "required" critical care unit and critical care training. I have 1400 ambulance stations spread throughout my setup. (Most of Florida, and parts of GA, ALA, ) The cost to add these units along with the training is going to be HUGE (14,000,000 credits or 42,000 coins). That does not include the cost of the training for each of those units. That means I (along with others who have huge set ups) will have who knows how many missions they can not complete. When new features like this have been added there should be an option to toggle them off. Additionally, who has the time to sit and add one of those units to each one of the EMS Stations, even if they do have the funding. This is similar to the traffic control issue that was never fixed. I don't have those traffic control extensions activated, yet I receive dozens of missions daily that I can't complete (unless i do it with coins).

I only have 4 Hiospitals in our largest city so only running 8 CCTU so thats 16 staff. an easier way of doing instead of training all staff.

I agree this is a huge investment, for me I dont run clinics so it seems useless as all my hospitals have all the extensions on them. I think the huge miss on this was not making the helicopters the critical care units or have the crews enabled for it so they can act as the CCU unit. Another cool idea but just slightly missed.

I have hospitals spread through out the state of Florida and parts of Alabama, and Georgia..... I actually tried to put hospitals in where the maps shows they actually exist
How may are in the major cities? Surely you can just use transport there? I do not know the US that well. I have been playing last 12 hours still not had a cctu job yet

I have ambulance stations in every city and also have clinics close to most all of my hospitals. The US map shows the location of hospitals and ERs and walk in clinics in most places

instead of buying the extension ( which as you see is worthless) train 10 - put them in the police crew carrier - - thats what i did

thanks for the advice, but it was my understanding that if you "don't" have the extensions then the traffic control missions would not spawn. Have no extensions and still get them. To do as you suggest for 100s of stations in order to spread them out is way too expensive.
