    hi i m new here and in this game, i m playing the Romanian version of this game and i really need your help
    please be kind and help me with a few advices
    how can i get the mobile commnad vehicle
    i have 13 building, one of them at lvl 16, 40 members fully trained and i can t find this vehicle, why?
    please help me
