Hi,
me and my friends have started playing this game a few days ago, and each hase chose a diffrent department that they will play as and grow. But I noticed that missions that require you to have fire and police or fire and rescue or police and rescue stations will never be available for us, because I for example took charge of the fire department and won't be building police stations.
So my suggestion is to make alliance dispatch centers that will take into account all buildings by anyone in the alliance when chosing what missions are available.
