PoliceHelicopter has not enough personal (min. 1) or the given personal doesn't have the right qualification. even when i have plenty of staff and distance set to max 400km and still says this message same with certain ambo crews

I've just recently dealt with this. Make sure you have all your staff trained in the Helicopter Pilot course in the Police Academy and have 3 on each Police Helicopter.

if you just bought it- then chances are the staff need police aviation training- ask your alliance for a class unless you have a police training center
