Quick question on Pre-Hospital Clinics

Since they carry Ambulances I wanna say yes. Otherwise they'd be counted as Hospitals as hospital currently do not have Ambulances posted.

Mine count as rescue stations. Yes.

They count as both rescue/ambulance stations and 1 hospital just like a fire station with a Ambo expansion counts as 1 fire station and 1 Ambo station.
