Crew carrier missing in Create new Alarm and Response Regulation

The crew carrier is missing in the create new alarm and response regulation i have spoken to some of the game developers they don't know what im talking about.... can we please have this issue be pointed out

You can add the Crew Carrier to its own unit catagory to get it added to the AARR list.

Create a custom category for it for the time being if you really want it in a ARR.
