An idea I have is to have an option when dispatching units to either respond emergency (lights/sirens) and routine (no lights/no siren).
For example, a check call could be a routine response where immediate response is not required. Or a medical but it's not life threatening.
When dispatched, click the option whether it responds code 3 emergency or code 1 non emergency.
Thoughts?

This is actually one of the few suggestions I really like and would actually like to see.
It would make the difficulty for the game a bit more, however I think it would be a pretty cool asset to add in.
Maybe if we can get it so vehicles automatically respond code 3 but if we want to send it code 1 then we have to select a box on our dispatch screen for that call or something or maybe the call itself is considered a Code 1 call. Just to accommodate those who do not want to do Code 3 or Code 1 dispatching.
