Do you have APNG lights or just basic lights? I noticed APNGs only work on my phone - on my computer they’re just on steady.
For, me they have to be APNGs as tbolt said, but they don't work on the mobile app. But they work on browsers. That's just for me though. What device do you play on? I might be able to help.
Animated lights DO NOT WORK on mobile and on the apple map option/
I use the app on my IPhone and animated icons work fine
