Should add email verification & a CAPTCHA to the registration process

I was surprised to find 19 new posts or whatevs when I joined... until I saw spam written all over.
It’s not account creation that’s the problem. It’s how any one person can continually spam messages and topics and quite frankly I don’t see a way to solve this issue but to ban these kind of people and delete the spam.

They are generally simple bots, so tripping them over with email verification & CAPTCHA's on creation will normally stop them before they can post

Email verification is already set to on. I'll look into a captcha.

There was Captcha but it isn’t working anymore for some reason. We are looking into it though
