Suggestion: Battalion Chief Units able to Tow Boats

Good Afternoon,

I would like to suggest that Battalion Chief Units should be able to pull a boat trailer. Some fire departments (especially smaller ones) will give chief's vehicles 4x4s so they can tow boat trailers (or other equipment as necessary).

With that in mind, I suggestion that the BCU should be able to be a tow vehicle for boats.
