Maximum range for patrol units

This is the screen for patrol vehicles. I would like to see like a range limiter so I don't see all of my NYC vehicles when I am setting up patrol routes for cali. I was thinking next to the How long should vehicles patrol for add a drop down range limiter up to 800 km or none. That way I can have units within my 100km radius to set my patrol routes for.
