Tasks not paying out upon completion

Good morning, just looking for some insight on this; So two of my tasks were [buy 1x ambulance ext.] and [build 2x extensions]. I don't normally worry about completing the tasks but since these rewarded in coins I decided to waste the money on an ambulance and forestry extension I didn't necessarily need, just to get the reward. I bought an ambulance and forestry expansion on two stations, which should have satisfied the requirement for the task(unless i'm missing something), however the tasks still show as uncompleted. I tried refreshing and still no changes.

Ah okay that makes sense, I just assumed it was an instant-payout thing when you made the purchases, I'll just go ahead and refund them. Thanks for the quick response!
