Tactical Ambulances Available at Police Stations

I would love to be able to build / house TacAmbs at police stations as this seems fairly logical to me - for example Hawthorne PD, CA Have a Medcat or BearCat with capacity to transport / treat patients!

Sounds logical.
But crossing PD/EMS/FD all together is a mess for the code. Let's see about the part 2 of the CP and if there is more than 2 parts and report all what we can.
