I have found a issue meaning the Aircraft Leaking Fuel Can spawn needing ARFF with the expansion not built

Yeah it's really annoying aslo I am getting them spawning in downtown LA

I also just got this call. Confirmed all stations are hooked to right dispatch center. Call is tulsa oklahoma closest arff is rochester mn
