Just a quick heads up, the new “Welfare Check” mission in the US version of the game has a train logo for the default mission icons. Not sure why that is.

That's because at least in the Australian version, it is spawned by Ambulance Stations

i am playing on US server and welfare logo for me always is Bus logo. Train logo is different. I dont have screenshot for welfare logo at this moment. Does your welfare logo is same like this?

Interesting, I see that it is too in the US version. However, it requires fire units, and the name of the call does not suggest an injury but rather a road incident, so I think it should be a road incident-related icon.
