Yes, you can. You have to choose the station ->"edit" -> and there you have a place where you can upload your building image.
Thanks Krys

Hi, I spoke to Krys not long before he left MC. I have all of his graphics backed up the ones that he used publicly. UK, NY, LA, NL, PL, Helicopters the whole lot. I have also been re-creating some of his packs. If you would like some packs creating or graphics creating please contact me or Join our Graphics Server on Discord here: https://discord.gg/EV4pTTY
I have his consent to re-distribute graphics via packs

Great post, a lot of stuff in here i did not know about
So I was wondering, you know how the California pack isn't real pictures, it's more of a computer animation? Anyways, I was wondering how and what sites I could do that on.
What Krys did is a true work of art. If you want to get into making 3D graphics like Krys I would suggest using the apps GIMP and Krita. Krita is a totally free drawing software. GIMP will help you to color your graphics. It's what works best for me. You would find a picture, trace it, and color it. To animate a graphic you would just go to a GIF maker and put in individual light patterns and make a gif out of a few frames. It is not the slightest easy and if you want to really learn more about the whole process I would suggest talking to some other graphic designers (me included) or join our graphic design discord server found in off-topic.
EDIT: we should not be talking in this thread because it is way longer than 1-3 months.
I see. Thanks for the information.
