Patrols and shift times.

Not really. Once a unit is on patrol it stays on it until its completed or you cancel it (if you can been that long since I tested patrol routes)

Personally I wouldn't bother setting either shift times or patrol routes as just now it adds nothing to the game.

I was thinking of adding in times for the Retained and Volunteer fire system but just now it would be more hassle than it is actually worth.
