Hi everyone, was just wondering if I put a pic of a truck, would someone be able to put flashing lights on it for me? I would really like to use it. I just can't figure out how to add lights. Thanks.

in general you need to create gif. Nice animations consist form 3-4-5 and even more unique photos like these.

I usually use 3 pictures but you can use 2 or more. ezgif is definitely a good website to start off with but I use what I think is a to complex system anyways.
Color in the different stages of lights like shown below and that will create your gif.
