A question for those that have a lot of stations but spread out over a large area.

SInce countys are much larger in the UK I do one dispatch center per county so I don't get a 150-220 paitent aircraft crash where I only have 10 ambulances, yes we have such a large mission.

I've moved this to the US section as it's more relevant if you're playing in Florida. The US and UK operate their services very differently so you may be able to get better information here.

I would do it as one dispatch center as different areas in that huge area as I have one dispatch center for Kent and that county is 3,736 km² so pretty big so I end up with units spread out but I like it it's a challenge

Just trial it with 2 countys if you like it do a 3rd etc
