Ambulance Officer who didn't send to Alliance Hospital

Well in this case it looks like your hospitals don't have the required departments to treat your patient (neurology) hence they go to the nearest alliance hospital that does

And for anyone confused, this is not the same as the OTL

I would also argue the ems cheif and OTL aremt the same

The US version both the EMS Chief and the EMS Command Vehicle has the ability to auto assign a hospital if you set them up to do so.
You have to set each one up to auto assign separately.

some members of my alliance and myself(us game) have noticed that sending either the ems chief or command ( both having the auto transport box checked) , as a later dispatch, not the initial dispatch will not auto send ambos, that could be the issue
