You can only transfer units and personnel between like buildings. So in this case you could only transfer a unit from another Rescue Boat Dock to another Rescue Boat Dock.
The reason for the vehicle one is because someone will move a large rescue boat into a fire station, however staff should be able to tranfer between a ambulance station/fire station
Also the rescue boat is a medical unit not a fire unit
Display MoreI am trying to move my Utility Vehicle into my new Rescue Boat dock but that dock is not showing up on list of places I can transfer my vehicle to.
I have space available at the dock, and Utility Vehicle is in the list of vehicles I can purchase for the Rescue Dock.
If not a bug, any suggestions?

Only a Utility Vehicle can tow the boat in a dock, the Fly Car cannot.

That is 100% correct, but you can purchase both in the rescue boat dock. Though not sure why you would need a fly car there.
