Either I'm losing my mind and it was never possible or for some reason mass casualty units can no longer be purchased in fire stations with an ambulance extension.
For reference, there are 57 ambulance stations (55 extensions plus two stand-alones) and no mass casualty units so in theory I should have no problem purchasing one.

If your referring to the mass casualty trailers they are only available in an ambulance station with a Mass Casualty Trailer Extension and not in the fire stations.

Nope, just the regular Mass Casualty Units, not trailers.

You need NOT the ambo extension.
You need the Mass Casualty Extension.
Which is available only in 'normal' ambo station (not doable in small ambo stations and dual used ones)

hes asking about the Mass Casualty unit- aka the big ambulance that can treat and transport- it was in the game way before the Mass casualty extension/trailers

Yep, standalone EMS stations have the option to purchase it.
I have some of mine in fire stations.
Ths is a bug as on Germany game you cant add the mass casualty to fire stations eventhough previously you could I believe it's the same issue. Could someone form the team report it up
