Patients not being released from hospital

    I've been having issues with patients not being released from hospital. I've got many patients who have been there for over 12 hours. Currently have 5 jobs waiting for transfer to hospital but can't complete them because the hospital is at capacity.


    Is this a bug, or do I have to leave the game open when not playing to allow the timer to work (ie: is it game playing hours that it goes on.... not just the overall hours).


    Is anyone else having this issue?

    Hospitals should clear one patient per hour.


    So if you sent 30 patients to a hospital at the same time, it will take 30 hours to clear the hospital completely. One patient will end up being there for 30 hours.
