It was pointed out fire calls that need welfare must have a HART base to generate, I understand the complications with training but it means missions such as large field fire can only have welfare units if you also own a HART base, should it not be a possibility for welfare calls to generate at maybe 8-10 fire stations without the HART base requirements?.

Is it possible, in theory yes, I’d like to see this. But for some reason the devs only want to add new stuff behind extensions and not implement requirements for core vehicles. I’ll again ask to try and make the fire welfare unit a core vehicle but the last time I asked even to have it not require HART training it was denied. I’ll try again next week

The other way w/o HART is the OSU as a custom category used for welfare/basu role.
