I am for Buildings and Vehicles of the alliance.

The alliance get money with the alliance missions.

The cost of buildings and vehicles is the same as a player.

The admins of a alliance can build and buy then.

All players can alarm the alliance vehicles for there own alarm when they need help.

sounds way too much like fire911.net if everyone builds a cluster f 5 fire stations before they go do anything else they should be just fine responding to fires and they can always ask for help of other alliance players

I have to agree. When I had my association of fire911.net, I poured money into the umbrella vehicles. I was almost the only one to do so.
