Special service or technical rescue could be good
-
Squad for the Heavy
-
I already have rescue engines called squads
-
The Rescue Engines could be called "Rescue Engine XX" and the Squads - "Squads"
-
I'm from the east coast we always call rescue engines squad
-
maybe EMS Support Unit?

Why not call it what it is? "Rescue Engine"

What he is saying is for example FDNY has 8 Rescue engines that are called squad companies. Where as if you go west to Chicago their rescue companies are called squads. Then if you go even more west in LA , their squads are paramedic units. As for the EMS rescue it might just have to be an ems rescue or you put a department identifier then just call it rescue.

Ok....I was just expressing an opinion... Here a Heavy Rescue is called a Squad and an engine that is equipped with heavy extrication equipment is called a Rescue Engine. An Engine with medics on is is call an ALS Engine. I guess you just have to buy the unit and then name it what goes with what you are used to, Then you can always add the LSSM V.4 and go in and label your available unit tabs custom.

Special Operations
EMS Squad
Support
TRT

I try to be as realistic when naming as possible and follow NIMS terminology... But again...it is a game so you can name them as you please
