Personnel Moving

Not sure if this has been brought up or not before but a suggestion that I think would make the game more helpful to the players would be the ability to transfer personnel not being utilized to other stations. When I have single engine stations or left over personnel, it would be nice to transfer them to another station. Departments tend to not have firefighters assigned to stations that aren't on a rig and just sit at the station. I don't pay to hire personnel so the money part isn't an issue. It would make the personnel aspect of the game a lot smoother
