You probably already know. I made Mission Chief In Roblox. It isn't the exact same as Mission chief but it has a call frame and a dispatch frame. It isn't done yet tho.

Im back, The devs of mission chief (official one not on roblox) hasn't responded for a while. Do i need to translate the email into german or something? By the way the game (roblox one) is not working correctly since like last month.
