EMS Water Rescue

It is common for EMS Stations to have specialized equipment for rescues, also why another common name for EMS Stations are Rescue Stations or Rescue Squads. The expansion would be the same as a Water Rescue expansion for a FD, EMS Rescue + Light Boat, Light Boat Trailer (Towing Vehicles, EMS Chief, Fly Car, EMS Rescue, ALS/BLS Ambulance) New SWR training would need to be added to Rescue Academies.
