ALS missions

    I am encountering an issue where the mission will not complete. I have sent all the required equipment, including ALS. The mission just stalls and will not progress> I am being forced to use coins to complete these. Any suggestions?

    Be sure to refresh the game, sometimes that will help with stuck calls.


    If that does not work, try cancelling the ambulance on scene and resending it after a few minutes to see if that kicks the mission into gear.


    If that fails, I would use the app support channel to contact the devs and report this to them for review.
